Terms of Service

Effective date: June 28, 2026

Welcome to Buckeye Pro AC (buckeyeproac.com), a service operated by Arizona Service Partners ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — they explain what we do, what we don't do, and the basis on which we connect you with a licensed HVAC professional.

1. What Buckeye Pro AC is

Buckeye Pro AC is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Buckeye and the surrounding West Valley with independent, licensed Arizona HVAC professionals. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we do not perform HVAC work. Our role is limited to taking your request and connecting you with a licensed professional who may be able to help.

2. We don't perform the work, and we don't guarantee it

The HVAC services you receive are provided by an independent licensed contractor, not by us. We are not a party to the work agreement between you and that contractor, and we do not supervise, control, or perform the work. We make no warranties or guarantees about the work performed by any independent provider — including its quality, timing, pricing, or outcome. Any agreement about the job — including the price, the schedule, and any warranty — is strictly between you and the contractor.

3. We don't set prices or timelines

This website does not quote prices, cost ranges, or guaranteed timelines, and nothing on it should be treated as a quote or a promise of a specific price or arrival time. The licensed HVAC professional you're connected with sets and provides their own pricing and timing, and gives you an upfront estimate before any work. We don't set the price.

4. Verify license and insurance

We aim to connect you with licensed, qualified HVAC professionals. However, it is your responsibility to confirm that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance appropriate for your job before work begins. HVAC work in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC); you can verify any contractor's license at roc.az.gov, and we encourage you to ask for and confirm license and insurance directly with the provider.

5. Using this site

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us, and to use this site and our referral service lawfully and in good faith — for example, by submitting genuine service requests rather than false or abusive ones. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

6. Emergencies and heat safety

If you are facing a genuine emergency — for example, a no-cooling situation during extreme heat that threatens someone's health, an electrical or gas concern, water damage from a failed system, or any situation that threatens safety or property — do not rely solely on contacting us or waiting for a callback. Take appropriate immediate action, including moving vulnerable people (children, older adults, anyone with a health condition, and pets) to a cooler place, and contacting your utility provider or emergency services (911) as the situation warrants. We are a referral service and cannot guarantee that a contractor will be available or dispatched within any specific timeframe.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Service Partners is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to the work performed (or not performed) by any independent HVAC contractor we connect you with, or arising from your use of this website or our referral service. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and any issues with a provider's work, timing, pricing, conduct, or availability. Our referral service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-party providers and links

The HVAC professionals we connect you with are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or agreements with you. If the site references or links to any third-party services, we are not responsible for those services either.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the effective date above, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
